Privacy

The apps run on your PC and do not send your files, PDFs or device readings anywhere.

What we keep, and why

• Your email address, when you buy or log in - to show you your licences and send login codes.
• Your orders and licences, as our reseller Lemon Squeezy reports them: name, email, product, licence key and status.
• The PCs a licence is activated on: the computer's name and an identifier made from it, so you can see and free them.
• A login cookie, so you stay logged in. No advertising or tracking cookies.
• Feedback you send from the feedback page: your message, and your name and email if you give them - to read it, reply, and improve our software. With it we keep a scrambled code made from your connection's address, which cannot be turned back into the address - only to stop floods of automated messages.

Who handles it

Lemon Squeezy takes payments and sends receipts as the merchant of record. Cloudflare hosts this site. Feedback is delivered to our support mailbox through Google Workspace.
