Where is my licence key?
In the receipt email from Lemon Squeezy, and in your orders - sign in there with the email you bought with.
"This licence is already in use on 2 PCs"
Free a PC you no longer use: in the app on that PC, Licence → Move to another PC, or, if that PC no longer starts, email Support@wrulx.com and we will free it.
"Could not reach the licence server"
Activating needs the internet once. A company firewall can block it - try another network, or ask us for an offline licence.
Modbus Tester: a device does not answer
Check the Modbus ID, that the speed and parity match the device, and try swapping the two data wires. The app's checklist goes through each.
